Jessica I. Marschall, CPA, ISA AM, President and CEO, has a MS accounting from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and an undergrad from the University of Virginia. She has been a practicing CPA for 22 years and also runs a small accounting and tax practice. Her background includes public accounting consultancy and internal auditing. Jessica currently works as an adjunct professor in tax and accounting, volunteers in local community groups, and sits on the Board of two not-for-profit organizations. She is also an IRS Qualified Appraiser. Jessica ensures proper research of IRS codifications and relevant case law as well as conferencing with other personal property appraisers and industry leaders to ensure individual and corporate donations are accurately valued in line with IRS tax code, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and guidance from the three sponsoring personal property appraisal organizations of The Appraisal Foundation: AAA, ASA, and ISA.

Mayur Dankhara, COO, has a MS construction management from Texas A&M and an undergrad from University of Mumbai. He has worked within the construction management and deconstruction/personal property donation industry for 13 years. He has been a qualified appraiser specializing in antiques, furnishings, and decorative arts for five years. He hails from Gujarat, India and has a beautiful young daughter and a brilliant wife who runs her own small business. Mayur enjoys jumping into local community initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Mayur worked as a project manager/executive within the construction management industry for years prior to moving to the appraisal industry. His attention to detail when appraising estate donations has been cultivated through his career as both an appraiser and a construction and deconstruction management professional.

Jennie Lumpkin, Director of Business Development and Insurance Analytics, has over two decades of experience within the insurance industry. This includes helping clients navigate procuring correct coverage and managing risk analysis. She also has extensive experience with damage and loss appraisals. Jennie helps ensure both insurance companies and clients fully understand the purpose of their insurance appraisals and the coverage offered based upon our value conclusions.

Jennie studied Business Law at Washington Business School and had also worked in the corporate insurance industry for 15 years. Jennie has seven years of experience working within the personal property appraisal business and is a trusted associate of clients and insurance companies requiring a streamlined workflow with constant communication and responsiveness. Jennie’s vast knowledge base of appraisal time constraints, insurance company requirements and operating procedures as well as her ability to ensure all client’s concerns are answered in a timely and accurate manner make her a huge asset to the company and the industry. Jennie and her husband Todd have been married 15 years. Personal interests include her eight fur babies, cooking, reading and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Caroline provides assistance to our executive team through appraisal research and accounting support functions. She will be graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Business Management with plans to pursue her MBA.

Joelle Del Rose holds a Ph.D. in European History with a focus on eighteenth-century British material culture. She is currently a generalist appraiser specializing in Continental, British, and American furnishings and art, with a special interest in Chinoiserie. Her academic research focuses on the connections between gender, social spaces, and luxury goods in person and in print culture.

Stacey Schmidt holds a BA in art history from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MA in feminist art history from New York University. She specializes in post-war and contemporary art. Stacey has an extensive curatorial background. She began her career in the Prints & Drawings department of the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York. She moved on to become Associate Curator of Contemporary Art at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC. She later served as personal curator to a private collector during her years living in Boston. She currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she is a fine-art appraiser.

Chetna holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from NIS Academy. She uses her business background to assist our team with appraisals produced for charitable contributions, estate or gift taxation purposes. Additionally, she researches appraised property to determine the correct market and identify the ultimate consumer to ensure IRS compliance with their definition of Fair Market Value.

Ashish researches comparable properties for our appraisals as well as ensuring client photographs of property are properly captured and stored in our client’s work-files. Ashish has completed his high school education and has dreams of completing college coursework and studying to become an IRS Qualified Appraiser in estate contents including furnishings, antiques, household contents, and decorative arts.

Alicia brings 27 years of museum experience to her appraisal practice. After years working with the collections of the National Gallery of Art and J. Paul Getty Museum, she has acquired a vast knowledge of quality art, decorative arts, antiques and textiles. Alicia has particular expertise in collections care, archival practices, condition and damage assessments, and art handling and installation. She lives in Palm Springs, California, where she owns a business specializing in museum consulting, appraising and fine art services. Caden Wittchow joins our team with a background in business administration, sales and marketing and is pursuing his BS in Business Administration at University of Wisconsin-- Oshkosh. Caden brings expertise in marketing to assist our clients in accessing the most relevant research and data. His work provides information on: appraisals for charitable contributions, insurance coverage, equitable division of assets, estate and gift tax evaluation and other appraisal needs.

Brett graduated from University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh in 2019 with a BA degree in Supply Chain Management with an emphasis in Information Technology Management and worked as an IT coordinator for a basketball club. He is currently completing his MBA from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. He played four years of college basketball helping to lead the team to a second place and then first place finish in the Division III national basketball tournament. He is currently in his second year as a professional basketball player overseas along with his work on our team.

Richard Oti is an undergraduate student currently enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology planning to attain a 6-14 degree in Data Science, Computer Science, and Economics to research ways in which computer automation can sustainably improve everyday life for society. His love for organizations and design has driven him to learn more about marketing and information organization. In his free time, Richard enjoys taking and editing photos, creating graphic designs, listening to music, and watching movies with his family.

Will is passionate about historical conservation and bringing more participants to the reuse market. He is also an avid rock climber and hiker.

I am a Marley Watson currently studying abroad at the University of Westminster in London, but my home university is Virginia Commonwealth university, where I study international relations. My passions are international development and environmental fortification.

Lucy Dahl is a senior at Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. She is a contributing writer for her school’s newspaper The Tattler, and held an internship at her town’s local magazine, Kensington Neighbors, where she wrote articles from a younger audience perspective and helped manage social media activity. She is a member of DECA and the B-CC Environmental club, which influenced her to want to become more involved in the business/marketing world, and shed some light on environmental issues. Outside of school, Lucy enjoys spending her time playing tennis and volleyball, discovering new music, having old movie marathons with her friends, thrifting in Georgetown, and going to Caps games. She loves country music and going to the beach, and she hopes to one day be a jet-setter and travel the world.

Manthan is a driven individual with a strong academic background and a passion for business management. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, where he developed a solid foundation in financial principles and strategic decision-making.

With aspirations to further enhance his knowledge and skills, Manthan is currently planning to pursue a Master of Business Administration starting next year. He aims to leverage this advanced degree to propel his career forward and make meaningful contributions to the business world.
