Jessica I. Marschall, CPA, ISA AM, President and CEO, has a MS accounting from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and an undergrad from the University of Virginia. She has been a practicing CPA for 24 years and is President of MAS LLC, a full-service tax consultancy practice. Her background includes public accounting consultancy and internal auditing. She is also on the Board of Directors on RETHOS, a historical preservation organization, Revolvs Salvage Inc., a deconstruction and reuse nonprofit, Stafford Education Foundation, and on the Finance Committee for her local Chamber of Commerce. She is also an IRS Qualified Appraiser. Jessica ensures proper research of IRS codifications and relevant case law as well as conferencing with other personal property appraisers and industry leaders to ensure individual and corporate donations are accurately valued in line with IRS tax code, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and guidance from the three sponsoring personal property appraisal organizations of The Appraisal Foundation: AAA, ASA, and ISA.

Jennie Lumpkin, Director of Business Development and Insurance Analytics, has over two decades of experience within the insurance industry. This includes helping clients navigate procuring correct coverage and managing risk analysis. She also has extensive experience with damage and loss appraisals. Jennie helps ensure both insurance companies and clients fully understand the purpose of their insurance appraisals and the coverage offered based upon our value conclusions.

Jennie studied Business Law at Washington Business School and had also worked in the corporate insurance industry for 15 years. Jennie has eleven years of experience working within the personal property appraisal business and is a trusted associate of clients and insurance companies requiring a streamlined workflow with constant communication and responsiveness. Jennie’s vast knowledge base of appraisal time constraints, insurance company requirements and operating procedures as well as her ability to ensure all client’s concerns are answered in a timely and accurate manner make her a huge asset to the company and the industry. Jennie and her husband Todd have been married 15 years. Personal interests include her three fur babies, cooking, reading and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Caroline provides assistance to our executive team through appraisal research and accounting support functions. She is a recent University of Virginia Graduate and completing her Masters in Accounting from William & Mary university.

Amy Bria is an experienced educator and former journalist with 22 years teaching secondary English. She holds an M.A. in English, a B.S. in Journalism, and is a certified Teacher of English in New Jersey. A graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey's Summer Institute for Educators, Amy brings strong communication skills, curriculum innovation, and a commitment to student and community growth. Outside the classroom, she is an avid reader and passionate runner who enjoys exploring new books and new miles, having completed four marathons and 13 half-marathons.

Richard Oti is an undergraduate student currently enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology planning to attain a 6-14 degree in Data Science, Computer Science, and Economics to research ways in which computer automation can sustainably improve everyday life for society. His love for organizations and design has driven him to learn more about marketing and information organization. In his free time, Richard enjoys taking and editing photos, creating graphic designs, listening to music, and watching movies with his family.

I am a Marley Watson currently studying abroad at the University of Westminster in London, but my home university is Virginia Commonwealth university, where I study international relations. My passions are international development and environmental fortification.

Lucy Dahl is a senior at Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. She is a contributing writer for her school’s newspaper The Tattler, and held an internship at her town’s local magazine, Kensington Neighbors, where she wrote articles from a younger audience perspective and helped manage social media activity. She is a member of DECA and the B-CC Environmental club, which influenced her to want to become more involved in the business/marketing world, and shed some light on environmental issues. Outside of school, Lucy enjoys spending her time playing tennis and volleyball, discovering new music, having old movie marathons with her friends, thrifting in Georgetown, and going to Caps games. She loves country music and going to the beach, and she hopes to one day be a jet-setter and travel the world.

With a Master's degree in Business Administration, Shruti brings extensive expertise in project management and data analytics. With over six years of experience in research and data analysis, she has contributed to high-impact data projects for major companies, delivering actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. Shruti has a deep passion for research, often diving into complex datasets to explore emerging trends, test hypotheses, and support evidence-based decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books, exploring music and new places, and unwinding with a good binge-worthy cinema.

Mackenzie has executed influencer marketing campaigns for major global brands including Samsung and Amazon, collaborating through leading marketing agencies to deliver high-impact content across digital platforms. Her portfolio also includes work with lifestyle and wellness companies such as Vital Proteins, Velvet Caviar, Huel, Ivory Ella, Drink Poppi, and Liquid I.V., among many others. With a combined social media following of over 250,000—13,700 followers on Instagram and 237,000 on TikTok—Mackenzie is highly attuned to platform trends, audience behavior, and performance-driven content. Jackson Combs is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Relations at George Mason University and is set to complete his Associate's degree from Northern Virginia Community College this semester. He is actively involved with the American Legion Boys State of Virginia, where he serves as Assistant Program Director and counselor, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and community service.

Katie J. Marschall is set to graduate from Harvard University this spring with a degree in neuroscience. Deeply committed to environmental sustainability, Katie is passionate about salvaging building materials from landfills and advocates for a societal shift toward reusing and repurposing materials rather than buying new. Following her graduation, Katie plans to attend medical school, where she aims to combine her scientific knowledge with her dedication to environmental stewardship.
